Critics’ Choice Awards 23rd edition – Winners

Yesterday Thursday, January 11, the 23rd edition of the Critics’ Choice Awards was celebrated in Santa Monica (California), with the movie The Shape of Water taking 4 awards and the TV series Big Little Lies with 4 awards also.

 

As it already happened with the Golden Globes a few days ago, Alexandre Desplat got the award for the best score with The Shape of Water.

 

The Critics’ Choice Awards are given by the Broadcast Film Critics Association (BFCA), one of the largest film critics organizations in the United States and Canada, representing more than 300 critics from radio, film, and television, and granting these awards in recognition of excellence in cinematographic and television achievements.

 

In the case of music, these were the nominees/winners:

  • Evermore – Beauty and the Beast
