E.T. 35th anniversary concert in Madrid

At the end of this month of December, the BSO (Barbieri Symphony Orchestra) will perform John Williams‘ wonderful and Oscar-winning music for E.T. The Extraterrestrial (1982), while projecting the film on a large screen in high definition (in original version with Spanish subtitles), in a concert called: Concert 35th Anniversary of “E.T., The Extraterrestrial”.

This way, the Teatro de la Zarzuela in Madrid will host a very special celebration on December 29th and 30th at 8pm, by the BSO (Barbieri Symphony Orchestra), which will have 75 musicians who will perform under the baton of Bruno Axel, the young Spanish conductor, violinist and composer who returns to Spain after studying in London, Prague and New York.

The concert is produced by High C Music, in collaboration with NBC Universal, Amblin Enterntaiment, and Film Concerts Live, and is part of the world tour that is taking place on the occasion of the 35th Anniversary of the premiere of the film, being a magnificent occasion to enjoy this emblematic history in such a traditional Christmas season.
