Legendary Adventures concert at FicZone 2018

The FicZone 2018 convention for comic, games and cinema, which will be held at the Santa Juliana de Armilla Fairgrounds (Granada, Spain) next March 10 & 11, and which in 2017 had a concert with the Japanese composer Akira Yamaoka (read news), will offer this year for the first time in its history a symphonic concert of film soundtracks performed by the City of Jaen Symphonic Band.

 

The concert will take place on Saturday 10th at 1:00 pm on the main stage and is included within the theme ‘Legendary Adventures’ that is part of the convention. There, the City of Jaen Symphonic Band conducted by Óscar Musso Buendía will play pieces from Indiana Jones, The Goonies, Ghostbusters, Cutthroat Island or How to train your dragon, plus a special Star Wars section with music from all the films in the series.

Later, at 6:00 pm, the rock group Epic Wing will offer a concert with rock versions of video game music and TV series, where you can enjoy themes from Dragon Ball Z, Skyrim, Dungeons and Dragons and Pegasus Fantasy among others.

Finally, on Sunday 11th at 1:30 pm, the event ‘Videogames on the piano’ will be held, performed by ‘JuliánSwegL0rd’ who has been playing the piano for 15 years, with more than 1000 subscribers on YouTube and with 500 videos of piano covers . The recital will feature music ranging from video games to anime and from movies to series, where he will perform pieces from Zelda Breath of the Wild, Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts plus some surprises.
