The Royal Albert Hall celebrates its 150th anniversary in 2021 (29.03.1871 – 29.03.2021), and has prepared a full program of events for this year, which we hope the pandemic will be able to respect.

FILM MUSIC GALA

  • Date: Saturday, May 22, 2021 at 15:00h & 19:30h
  • Previous date: May 9, 2020 [Concert postponed]
  • Description: The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra conducted by Nick Davies, together with presenter Tommy Pearson and vocalist Louise Dearman, will perform music of the most iconic movie moments from Superman, Gladiator, Harry Potter, E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Indiana Jones, The Lords of the Rings, Star Wars, Jurassic Park… and more, as well as songs from Frozen, La La Land, Titanic, Mary Poppins, and The Greatest Showman.

  • Description: All-new symphonic arrangements based on composer Nobuo Uematsu’s beloved FINAL FANTASY VII music, and the FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE theme song Hollow, performed by the renowned Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra led by conductor Arnie Roth, with stunning, high-definition video scenes from the new game created exclusively for this concert by SQUARE ENIX.

It will include music from the 25th and latest film release, NO TIME TO DIE.
