The Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich orchestra conducted by Frank Strobel and with the participation of the soprano Tertia Botha, will give a thematic concert of the music of James Bond tonight in Zurich (Switzerland), in an evening named “A tale of heroes and villains – James Bond meets electronic”.
The program for the first part is as follows:
- David Arnold – “The Name’s Bond … James Bond” from “Casino Royale”
- Bono & The Edge – “GoldenEye” from “GoldenEye”
- John Barry – “A Portrait of Bond”
- Burt Bacharach/Hal David – “The Look of Love” from “Casino Royale”
- David Arnold – “You Know My Name” from “Casino Royale”
- Thomas Newman – Opening from “Skyfall”
- Thomas Newman – Titles (Adele) from “Skyfall”
- Thomas Newman – Hunts from “Skyfall”
- David Arnold – “The Name’s Bond … James Bond” from “Casino Royale”
- Michael Kamen – “Licence to Kill” from “Licence to Kill”
Following, the group Detroit Swindle, will give way to the electronic and visual part of the event.
