On Saturday, September 20, at 16h, two of the most renowned film music composers of recent decades will engage in a dialogue in Room Z at Tabakalera as part of the 73rd edition of the San Sebastian Festival – Donostia Zinemaldia.
Alberto Iglesias (Talk to Her, The Skin I Live In, Parallel Mothers) and Alexandre Desplat (The Grand Budapest Hotel, The Shape of Water, The King’s Speech) come together to talk about their careers in cinema and the creative process behind their scores, moderated by the composer Paula Olaz. A conversation that offers insight into how they understand film music and how their compositions have shaped some of the most memorable films of recent decades.
