Krakow Film Music Festival continues the recently created new cycle named ‘LIVE FROM THE STUDIO’, with a concert performed by French composer and virtuoso pianist Jean-Michel Bernard, today Sunday, April 19, at 19:00h.
This cycle, inaugurated with a concert by Atanas Valkov (read more), continued then with Aleksander Dębicz (read more), wants to help us enjoy our stay confined at home during the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, spending our free time with some of the best film music performed live.
Among others, the concert will include music from:
- John Barry’s music taking us into the world of 007 with “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service” and “You Only Live Twice”, and the TV series “Sidekicks”
- Jerry Goldsmith’s music taking us on a journey to “Chinatown”, “Our Man Flint” and “The Man From U.N.C.L.E.”
- Theme from “The Pink Panther” by Henry Mancini, and suites from the drama “Gunn”
- The concert will close with Lalo Schifrin and the sounds from “Mannix” and “Mission: Impossible”
