Bohemian Symphony Orchestra Prague will present the best of Hollywood music in the Dvořák Hall of the Rudolfinum on 05.03.2024. With its Hollywood in Prague Night of Film Melodies program, the unique Bohemian Symphony Orchestra Prague is heading to the stage of a prestigious concert hall in the Czech Republic, inviting its audience to a great cinematic journey. The Dvořák Hall of the Prague Rudolfinum will thus be dominated by the melodies of the biggest Hollywood blockbusters.


Harry Potter, Pirates of the Caribbean, Mission Impossible, Pearl Harbor, or Master Leonardo’s Code, these are all titles that shined on the silver screen and etched themselves into the hearts and memories of viewers of almost all age categories not only with their story, but also with brilliant film music. An evening with the famous Bohemian Symphony Orchestra Prague (BSOP) will remind you of these now classic box office hits and much more.


During the concert, melodies from the immortal romantic comedy Prc, prc, prcicky will also be heard. During the 90- minute long concert, there will also be melodies from recent movie hits. These include, for example, the melody from the movie Top Gun: Maverick with Tom Cruise in the lead role or the song Always Remember Us This Way from the movie A Star Is Born. Viewers of the Simpsons series, which was made into a film by 20 Century Fox, will also enjoy it.


The audience will be able to enjoy all this and much more performed by an orchestra of sixty musicians. «Film music is unique in that it can engage listeners across genres and unite viewers of all generations,» says the chief conductor and director of the Bohemian Symphony Orchestra Prague, Martin Šanda, who founded this musical ensemble in 2002.
