The London Symphony Orchestra conducted by Eckehard Stier, will perform Japanese video games music today Saturday, June 17th in Paris, at a concert called “Symphonic Selections – Japanese Video Game Music” where music from Final Fantasy VI, Chrono Trigger, Chrono Cross or Kingdom Hearts among others will be played.
Prior to the concert, there will be a conference with the composer of the music of the Final Fantasy saga, Nobuo Uematsu (free access if you have a ticket for the concert).
In addition, tomorrow Sunday 18th of June, the London Symphony Orchestra and the London Symphony Chorus conducted by Eckehard Stier will give a tribute concert to Nobuo Uematsu dedicated to his music and called “Symphonic Odysseys – Hommage à Nobuo Uematsu”.
