This weekend, the WDR Funkhausorchester orchestra conducted by Nic Raine will give three concerts in Germany named ‘Big Cinema Hits’ (Ganz großes Kino), that will encompass film music highlights from 90 years of film history. With the moderation of Martin Zingsheim, the program will include themes from movies such as Gone with the Wind, The Pink Panther, Harry Potter, The Godfather, Forrest Gump, Out of Africa, Lord of the Rings or Doctor Zhivago.
