The New Jersey Symphony Orchestra has announced that it has been forced to cancel or postpone all the concerts they were planned till mid-July, due to the quarantine caused by the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.


That includes the concerts ‘Danny Elfman’s Music from the Films of Tim Burton’ to be celebrated on June 19 & 20 at the Prudential Hall in Newark (NJ, USA), with the participation of Danny Elfman.


The new dates haven’t been announced yet, but we will be watching the official channels, to give you more information as soon as it is available.

“We are taking to heart guidance from the CDC, Governor Phil Murphy, and Newark Mayor Ras Baraka that the best role we can play as citizens to prevent the spread of this virus is to practice social distancing. We wish every member of our community safety and good health during this unprecedented time in our lives.


All NJPAC-produced performances previously scheduled to take place through July 9 will be canceled or postponed. NJPAC’S Box Office will be closed during this hiatus, but tickets for future performances are still available online at njpac.org and by calling 1-888-GO NJPAC. ”
