Next Friday, January 11th, the Orquestra Simfònica Illes Balears under the baton of Francisco Valero Terribas, will offer a special concert at the Palacio de Congresos de Palma entitled ‘Música… i acció (Music and Action!)’, dedicated to film and video game music.
This concert opens a new cycle called Simfojove, will be presented by Miquel Ángel Torrens, and will include music from movies/games such as Indiana Jones, Harry Potter, The Chronicles of Narnia, Jurassic Park, James Bond (Theme, For Your Eyes Only, Live and Let Die, Goldfinger), Star Wars, Civilization IV, Halo, Kingdom Hearts, Superman and Pirates of the Caribbean.
Admission is free, and invitations can be collected by presenting a student card at the IBJOVE offices, at the youth information points, at sports federations, and at the headquarters of the Fundación Orquesta Sinfónica Islas Baleares.
