The National Symphony Orchestra of Mexico conducted by Stefano Mazzoleni, will offer this weekend two concerts dedicated to the film music of Nino Rota (1911-1979) at the Palace of Fine Arts of Mexico City, in which they will have the performance of the soprano Penelope Luna and the dancers Anton Jorosmanov and Elisa Ramos.
The program will include the music of the following movies: Casanova, Romeo e Giulietta, Otto e Mezzo, La Dolce Vita, Giulietta degli spiriti, II Gattopardo (Valzer Verdi), II Gattopardo (Valzer del commiato), Prova d´Orchestra (Final), II Padrino, Le notti di Cabiria, Amarcord
