The pianist and composer Jean-Michel Bernard pays tribute to Lalo Schifrin through a wonderful album “Jean-Michel Bernard plays Lalo Schifrin” which will be presented next Saturday, March 3rd at the Sunset Sunside Jazz Club in Paris (France).
Accompanied by the quartet composed of Sylvain Gontard (Trumpet), Pierre Boussaguet (Double Bass), François Laizeau (Drums) and Jean-Michel Bernard himself on the piano, as well as the guest voice of Kimiko Ono, Lalo Schifrin’s well-known film and TV themes will be performed such as Bullitt, Dirty Harry, Mission Impossible or Mannix.
