John Williams honored during the 2017 commencement ceremony at Harvard (Boston)

John Williams, who was the conductor of the Boston Pops from 1980 to 1993, received the honorary degree of Doctor of Music by Harvard University yesterday Thursday 25th of May, at the annual commencement ceremony (366^th commencement precisely).

During the ceremony, the group of students “Harvard Din & Tonics” sang a cappella a selection of his works, as can be seen in the following video:
