The ASCAP’s 30th annual Film Scoring Workshop, held in Los Angeles during July-August 2018 mentored by experienced Richard Bellis, will have composer Junkie XL (Tom Holkenborg) as a special guest, hosting a private studio session for a group of aspiring film composers this Wednesday, July 18th.
Junkie XL, who has recently switched to ASCAP for representation of public performances of his extensive music repertoire, is committed with music education and several years ago established a music program at the renowned ArtEZ Conservatorium in his hometown of Enschede, Netherlands, that has graduated over 200+ music composition students to date. He was also a featured speaker at the 2018 ASCAP “I Create Music” EXPO earlier this year.
