On Sunday, February 20, audiences will be able to enjoy a solo piano recital of music from Ghibli and Joe Hisaishi, with official Japanese scores, by the official Steinway & Sons artist, Nicolas Horvath.

 

He will perform on stage, on a concert grand piano, in a room with entirely natural acoustics, the best pieces of the mythical studio composed by Joe Hisaishi, during recital of an hour and a half.

 

The program will include the following pieces:

  • Castle in the Sky
  • My Neighbor Totoro
  • Kiki’s Delivery Special
  • Porco Rosso
  • Princess Mononoke
  • Spirited Away
  • Howl’s Moving Castle
  • Ponyo
  • The Wind Rises
  • The Tale of Princess Kaguya
