The Next Level – Festival for Games, celebrated 22-25 of November in Dusseldorf (Germany), will host a video game music concert today at 6 pm.
The 19-piece Cologne-based gRoBA Orchestra conducted by Rodrigo Lopez Klingenfuss, and together with composers FX Dupas and Mathieu Lavoie (Vibe Avenue), will perform adaptively their music for the game “Stories: Path of Destinies”, while the video game is played live.
This concert is offered in cooperation with the festival SoundTrack_Cologne, where the concert celebrated its world premiere on August 23, 2018 (read more).
To complement the concert, at 3 pm, composers FX Dupas and Mathieu Lavoie (Vibe Avenue) will present in a workshop talk at the festival, the adaptive aspects of in-game music and live performances.
