The example of CineCiutat is a special case of citizen collaboration, where in the style of an Internet crowdfunding but in real life, a group of 800 fans gathered together with the closing of the cinema “Renoir” of Palma de Mallorca, and constituted a society founding CineCiutat, a cinema where Original Version films and independent movies are projected, in a non-profit way and completely managed by cinema lovers. A true example of teamwork and community feeling, which celebrates its 5th anniversary and celebrates it in a big way.
