John Williams – The 90th Birthday Gala Concert
The National Symphony Orchestra will celebrate John Williams’ 90th birthday in Washington DC, during a star-studded festivity of music, movies, and magic on June 22-24, 2022.
The center of the celebrations will be an all-star birthday gala concert on Thursday, June 23, 2022 at The Kennedy Center, with the presence of John Williams and his iconic music. Conducted by Stéphane Denève, this once-in-a-lifetime event features the National Symphony Orchestra with special guests Yo-Yo Ma, Steven Spielberg, Anne-Sophie Mutter, and more.
This concert will be completed with a special pre-performance cocktail reception and an exclusive birthday dinner after with the presence of John Williams (tickets ranging the prices of $ 500-50.000 / 438-43.800 €).

Additionally, there will be another two concerts: live orchestra screenings of E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (June 22) and Jurassic Park (June 24) conducted by Steven Reineke.
On June 24, audiences are invited to join for a special pre-concert Q&A with John Williams and Kennedy Center President Deborah F. Rutter.
