Krakow FMF 2020 – Festival postponed to 2021
The world-renown Krakow Film Music Festival, that was going to be celebrated from Tuesday, 26th of May to Monday, 1st of June, 2020 (read more), has been forced to postpone its 13th edition to May 25-30, 2021, due to quarantine caused by the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.
Official announcement:
It’s a real pity that we’re not going to have a new edition of Krakow Film Music Festival in 2020, as this festival is the biggest celebration of film music in the world, offering several concerts, masterclasses, and possibilities to meet for industry members and fans alike. In fact, many of the tickets for the concerts of this year’s edition, were already sold out at the moment of this announcement.
SoundTrackFest fully supports the decision of the festival, and will be ready to inform and collaborate for next year’s edition. Let’s hope that the wonderful program that was announced for 2020, can be maintained or even enhanced for 2021 (read more).
