MOSMA 2017 – Program and guests
UPDATED: 6/18/2017
Yesterday, Thursday January 19th, within the FITUR Tourism fair celebrated in Madrid, the concert program and the complete list of guests for Movie Score Malaga Festival (MOSMA) were presented, which this year celebrates its second edition from July 5th (Wednesday) to July 9th (Sunday) in Malaga (Spain).
And the truth is that the presentation included a very appetizing program of concerts as well as a good cast of guests: Trevor Jones, David Shire, Tyler Bates, José Nieto, Mac Quayle, Neal Acree, Víctor Reyes and Rupert Gregson-Williams (some more names are still pending confirmation).
It is good news the announcement in advance of guests and concerts of the festival, being this symptom of the growth and strength of the MOSMA festival, since its first edition last year under the auspices of the Malaga Film Festival.
Thus, the program for MOSMA 2017 will feature the following concerts:
As it can be seen, one of the main objectives of the festival are the concerts, to promote a meeting space between professionals and fans, while other activities of a formative nature (such as conferences and workshops) will be added and announced soon.
The season tickets for the festival are already on sale at the Cervantes Theater box office and on the Uniticket website (follow link):
- Full season ticket: € 70
- Combined ticket for opening and closing concerts: € 32
- NOTE: Both available at this price only until April 30th
MOSMA is organized by the Málaga Festival and in its presentation today in FITUR has been represented by Francisco de la Torre (Mayor of Málaga), Juan Antonio Vigar (director of MOSMA) and David Doncel (Content Coordinator); together with film music composer Frank Ilfman and José María Benítez (producer of Quartet Records soundtrack label).
