SoundTrack_Cologne 17 – Competitions nominees
SoundTrack_Cologne had to postpone its 17th edition from April to August –August 19th – 22nd, 2020– (read more), but the nominees of this year’s competitions have just been announced: European Talent Competition and Peer Raben Music Award.
European Talent Competition
16 composers and sound designers created a new musical interpretation to the cute short film DANS LES BOIS and are now nominated for the shortlist, where they won against around 100 competitors. The competition screening takes place on Saturday, August 22nd.

Peer Raben Music Award
The Peer Raben Music Award is awarded for the twelfth time already. Films scores with innovative and dramatically coherent use of music and sound in relation to the narrative will be honored. The award commemorates the great German film composer Peer Raben, whose estate donated the prize money of 1,500 euros. The competition screening takes place on Saturday, August 22nd.
