Videogames music conference and concert in RetroMadrid 2017

This weekend, on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th of April, in the Cultural Space Daoiz and Velarde of Madrid, the classic computer fair RetroMadrid will be held, which includes a videogames music conference and a concert with live Rock versions from classic videogames tunes.

 

On Saturday 29th from 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m., the conference “Music in 8 bits: then and now” will be held, with Jose Antonio Martin (composer of classic soundtracks such as Astro Marine Corps, Atlantis Rescue, Risky Woods or PC Football) and Juan Diego Triviño (McKlain) (amateur musician and composer of soundtracks on the Amstrad CPC scene since 2011).

On Saturday 29th from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., “the CHIPTUNES” VGM Rock band will perform a concert that includes the most famous melodies in the world of classic and current videogames, through a show that integrates video projection and live music.
