The Real Filharmonía de Galicia conducted by Paul Daniel together with the Gaos Female Choir, will offer a concert of film music at the Auditorium of Galicia tomorrow, Friday 20th at 8:30 p.m.
The concert, which will focus mainly on the music of ‘Star Wars’, will also include pieces from Gustav Holst’s The Planets, and will also have the premiere of two pieces commissioned by the Real Filharmonía de Galicia to the Galician composers Jacobo Gaspar and Antón Alcalde, pieces inspired by space.
Before the concert, the audience will have the opportunity to talk with the director Paul Daniel at 7:45 p.m. in the Mozart Hall of the Auditorium of Galicia.
This concert will be repeated on Saturday, April 21st at noon at the Auditorium of Galicia, with a reduced program and as a charity concert in favor of the Down Compostela Foundation, with the assistance of the Star Wars Korriban Troop Galicia that will participate in the concert characterized as imperial soldiers and other characters from Star Wars.
