On Wednesday, September 8, 2021, revel in the music of Andrew Lloyd Webber with these newly orchestrated suites from some of his best-loved musicals, including Evita and The Phantom of the Opera, reimagined by the composer and performed by an 81-piece orchestra under the baton of Simon Lee at the Royal Festival Hall in London.
This world premiere, which also includes highlights from Sunset Boulevard, brings together some of the world’s most skilled musicians, united in the triumphant return of live music. The accompanying album of the suites will be released on Decca Records in September 2021.
After the world premiere, the show will tour the UK visiting Manchester (Sept 17), Glasgow (Sept 18), Cardiff (Sept 24), Nottingham (Sept 30) & Liverpool (Oct 1).
