The great voices of London’s West End, protagonists of shows like Wicked, The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, Sweeney Todd and many more unite in this solidarity cause in Seville, Spain to benefit the National Association AFAR.

Louise Dearman (Wicked, Guys and Dolls, Evita…) Bradley Jaden (Wicked, Les Misérables, Shrek, Ghost…) Geronimo Rauch (Les Misérables, Phantom of the Opera, Chicago, Jesus Christ Superstar…) and Jeremy Secomb (Les Misérables, Phantom of the Opera, Sweeney Todd, Sister Act…) will share the stage with the Real Orquesta Sinfónica de Sevilla under the musical direction of Alfonso Casado Trigo in a symphonic concert that will go through the history of the most classic Broadway musical theater and Hollywood musical films – melodies from Singin’ in the Rain, Les Miserables or Phantom of the Opera, will go hand in hand with more modern titles such as A Star is Born, The Greatest Showman, Moulin Rouge or The Bridges of Madison.

The concert will feature musical arrangements made especially for the occasion, in the words of Alfonso Casado, musical director – “we will have from the best voices of the musical theater never heard versions of these titles where the focus will be placed above all on the incredible vocal quality of our artists and the richness of the music that we will perform with the ROSS. I am proud to be able to bring to Seville great artists that normally can only be enjoyed in the West End with whom I have a great friendship and with whom I greatly value the sense of solidarity of this unique concert”.

This concert also has a very human and solidary character, since all the benefits collected by the box office and sponsorships will be destined to collaborate in the support and diffusion of the work of the National Association AFAR, from Alcalá de Guadaíra, Alfonso’s birth town, “whose purpose is to improve the quality of life of socially vulnerable people or at risk of social exclusion, in order to promote their social inclusion” (https://www.afar.es).

Stage direction will be by Víctor Conde (Venus, The Hole, La Ratonera…) and sound design by Nic Gray (Les Misérables, Miss Saigon, Phantom of the Opera…).
