The Banda Municipal de Barcelona and the Banda de l’Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (ESMUC) under the baton of José Rafael Pascual-Vilaplana, in expanded symphonic formation in all its sections, will perform today a concert entitled ‘Symphonies of Angels and Demons – Two Bands’ that will include music by Roque Baños.
The planned program is as follows:
- ROQUE BAÑOS – Alatriste (Fanfare)
- BRETT ABIGAÑA – Symphony No. 2, “Commedia”
- FRANCO CESARINI – Symphony No. 1, The Archangels, Op. 50
