The San Diego Symphony Orchestra will celebrate on Saturday, August 13, the 90th birthday of John Williams, the greatest and most honored American cinematic composer of our time, and who better to help celebrate his music than his long-time colleague, composer, conductor, and friend David Newman.

 

The concert will include Williams’ most beloved music from Star Wars, Jurassic Park, E.T. and Superman, but also wondrous scores from The Accidental Tourist, Hook-The Flight to Neverland, and his Suite to Jane Eyre.
