The concert series ‘A Night of Movies and Music’ that Fernando Velázquez was going to offer with his music live at the Concert Music Festival (Friday, July 13th in Sancti Petri – Spain) and Festival Jardins Terramar (Friday, July 20th in Sitges – Spain), has suffered last-minute changes, leading to the cancellation of the concert in Sancti Petri.
The reasons for this cancellation are unknown, but what is known is that the concert of July 20th at the Festival Jardins Terramar in Sitges (Spain), is still going to be celebrated, opening the festival with the presence of the film director Juan Antonio Bayona, with whom Velázquez has collaborated on multiple occasions.
The concert will be performed by the Orquesta Sinfónica del Vallés, and the program will include music from The Orphanage, The Impossible and A Monster Calls among others, while clips and images of these films are projected simultaneously on a big screen.
