On Friday 24th & Saturday 25th of January 2020, a special ensemble of world-class musicians and singers will perform a full concert of the music of Academy Award–winning film composer Elmer Bernstein at the Autry Museum of the American West in Los Angeles.
Nathalie Bonin, Circe Diaz Gamero & Sara Andon will be some of the special performers of the event, with music direction by William V. Malpede and hosting duties by Bruce Kimmel.
The program will make an emphasis on Elmer Bernstein’s famous Westerns like The Magnificent Seven, The Hallelujah Trail, and True Grit, but also including such diverse soundtracks such as To Kill a Mockingbird, The Great Escape, Ghostbusters, Where’s Jack, Robot Monster, Gold, I Love You Alice B. Toklas or Hud among others.
