After being shown in festivals (read more), today, Friday, May 13, the documentary movie ‘Ennio: The Maestro’ will be officially released in a selection of cinemas all across Spain, presented by the distributor Karma Films.

 

A two-and-a-half-hour movie, directed by Giuseppe Tornatore and focused on the figure of the legendary composer Ennio Morricone, essential for all those who want to know more about the the maestro’s impressive life and career.

 

In SoundTrackFest we would like to highlight two specific events. First, the screening of the film at the Multicines de Tenerife at 19h, which will feature the composer and director of Fimucité, Diego Navarro along with the usual collaborators of the group ‘Charlas de Cine’ in the post-screening discussion.

And secondly, the screening of the film at the Sala Augusta in Palma de Mallorca at 19:15h, which has an exhibition created specifically for this premiere by the tireless Asociación Balear Amigos de las Bandas Sonoras (ABABS) (see photo above).
