Venezuelan orchestra conductor Gustavo Dudamel, in charge of the LA Phil (Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra) for the last 10 years, will receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame (Los Angeles, California) today Tuesday, January 22, 2019, with the presence of John Williams and Helen Hunt.

 

Dudamel, who gets the first star awarded on 2019, will be the 2,654th recipient, and his star will be located at 6752 Hollywood Boulevard in front of the Musicians Institute, becoming this way part of the group of colleagues awarded with a star like Placido Domingo, Leonard Bernstein, Zubin Mehta, Arthur Rubinstein or Maria Callas.
