On Friday 28th of June, the National Concert Hall in Dublin (Ireland) will screen Alfred Hitchcock’s classic film ‘North by Northwest’ (1959), with Bernard Herrmann’s score played live by the RTÉ National Symphony Orchestra conducted by Richard Kaufmann, in a 60th-anniversary celebration concert.
All the music has been adapted for live orchestra by Patrick Russ from Herrmann’s original manuscripts.
