Last month of December, a series of video games music concerts were held in Netherlands performed by the Noord Nederlands Orkest (NNO) conducted by Etienne Siebens and with the voice of Julie Eleven. Those concerts had a program based on video games music, with themes from Horizon Zero Dawn, Witcher 3, Skyrim, Assassins Creed or Journey among others.

This Saturday, January 20th, during the EUROSONIC festival to be held from 17-20 January 2018, a new concert called “NNO plays games” will be held at the Grote Markt in Groningen (Netherlands), with the same program and the same participants.

The concert will be part of the Eurosonic Air section of the festival, with free entry, and its main goal will be to show how many games today contain orchestral music and how special and diverse these compositions can be.

When: Saturday 20th of January 2018 at 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Where: Grote Markt (Groningen, Netherlands)
