On February 2, SESAC Scores: The Beck Diversity Project organized a competition where composers had to submit their music and impress a panel of industry experts in 22 seconds. If they weren’t impressed within that time, they moved on to the next submission, just as they would in a real audition process.
Panelists were composer agent Richard Kraft, composer Christophe Beck, music supervisor Julia Michels, and director Rob Minkoff.
