Composer Marcin Przybylowicz new guest in FIMUCITÉ 11

Polish composer Marcin Przybylowicz, author of the soundtrack for the videogame The Witcher 3 along with composers Mikolaj Stroinski and Piotr Musial, will be the new guest of the International Film Music Festival of Tenerife (FIMUCITÉ) this month of September.

 

A unique suite of The Witcher 3, especially written for its premiere at the festival as part of the concert ‘Warriors from the Big Screen’ (Guerreros de la Gran Pantalla), will be performed on Thursday 28th of September at the Teatro Guimerá in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in a concert organized by FIMUCITÉ in collaboration with Polish video game developer & publisher CD PROJEKT RED and the Krakow Film Music Festival.

The concert will be in charge of FIMUCITÉ Youth Symphony Orchestra conducted by José Antonio Cubas, and two performances will be offered that day; a free morning performance for schools and a ticketed evening performance at 20:00h for the general public.

Marcin Przybylowicz will also be one of the professors working in the second edition of FIMUCITÉ Film Scoring Academy offering a master class, free of charge, aimed at students and professionals who are interested in specialized training.
