The Fans of Film Music event, organized by its founder and president Peter Hackman, will celebrate its 17th edition on Saturday, November 14th, 2026, from 10 am to noon at Evergreen Studios in Burbank (CA, USA), having legendary composer Bill Conti as its only guest.

OFFICIAL DESCRIPTION

We’re excited to announce that The 17th Annual Fans of Film Music Gathering will take place on Saturday November 14th (10AM to noon) at the beautiful Evergreen Studios in Burbank, CA. We’ll be spending our morning with Oscar & 2x Emmy winning, 3x Golden Globe nominated & 3x Grammy nominated composer Mr. Bill Conti!

 

It’s taken a few years, but our persistence payed off! We’ve been working on this for several years and we’re elated that he’s accepted. Bill will be taking part in a lively discussion with Daniel Schweiger. Following that, a signing with Bill will take place where guests can get one (1) item signed by Mr. Conti. With a career like Bill’s, all you need is one guest! Thank you again Alan for the stunning poster design

 

This years event is co-sponsored by Jeanne Jones who was at almost every single event. Jeanne was the biggest female film music fan we’ve ever known and away from the event she became a dear friend to all of us. You’ll remember her as she usually was wearing purple and/or her “Got Music” hat. Jeanne passed away earlier this year from a brief illness. She’ll be there in spirit.

DOORS: Doors open at 9:20AM

WHERE: Evergreen Studios 4403 W. Magnolia Blvd. Burbank, CA 91505

PARKING: Parking lot behind & plenty of street parking

LINE UP: Behind the building where the parking lot is, line up there

AUTOGRAPHS: 1 item only allowed (will be enforced)

PHOTOGRAPHER: Kaya Savas from Film.Music.Media

RAFFLE: We plan on having a few raffle items. We’ll announce them on our socials/website prior. Tickets will be $5 each, cash only.

 

FOOD/DRINKS: No outside food/drinks are allowed. There will be a small table outside the studio for you to place your food/drinks on.

 

UPDATES: Any updates, changes etc. will be announced on our social media/website.

 

SAT. NIGHT PARTY: We may have an evening party/gathering on that Sat. Nov. 14th. Details will be forthcoming. Admission to that is free.

 

We kindly ask for a $26 donation to help offset some of our costs. If you are interested then respond back.

 

This year our event is co-sponsored by Jeanne Jones. She was an avid supporter of our annual events and became a close friend. She passed away earlier this year from a brief illness.
