- MAY 15: Digital Audio Single + Pre-Order of Vinyl Single
- MAY 22: Official Music Video
The two musicians first met in Barcelona in April 2019 during one of the concerts of the “World of Hans Zimmer – A Symphonic Celebration” tour (read more). This meeting led to conversations about a potential collaboration, which will now see the light of day.
‘Time’ is one of Hans Zimmer’s most well-known creations, and now it receives a new version together with Alan Walker, who fulfills a life-long dream of closely collaborating with his musical hero.
Hans Zimmer originally composed “Time” for the soundtrack of Christopher Nolan’s Academy Awards winning box office hit ‘Inception’, which was released in July 2010. 10 years later, Alan Walker and Hans Zimmer proudly present a version of ‘Time’ in a way the audience surely have not heard before. Based on ‘Time (Orchestra Version)’ from the ‘The World of Hans Zimmer’ album, the remix will be accompanied with the first ever music video for a Hans Zimmer recording. Later this year, coinciding with the 10-year anniversary of ‘Inception’ in July, an exclusive vinyl single of ‘Time’ will also be made available.
