III Conference – Music and Video Games UCM – The Golden Age of Spanish Software from the perspective of ludomusicology
On Tuesday, April 29, 2025, the Faculty of Geography and History of the UCM in Madrid will host the 3rd edition of the conference ‘Music and Video Games UCM’ dedicated on this occasion to ‘The Golden Age of Spanish Software from the the perspective of ludomusicology’.
The program will include conferences and a concert of video game music from that long-missed era (Silent Shadow, Titanic, Rescate Atlántida, Astro Marine Corps, Risky Woods), performed by the Orchestra of the Faculty of Geography and History under the baton of Marta Rodríguez Cuervo. The arrangements of these pieces have been prepared by the students of the Master of Technologies of Composition of Soundtracks and Music for Video Games of the UCM.
