James Horner homage concert in London
Royal Albert Hall of London continues announcing concerts for the month of October, and within the cycle called Festival of Film, now we have a special homage concert to James Horner, scheduled for Tuesday, October 24th at 7:30 p.m., and named “James Horner: A Life in Music“.
This concert will be performed by the Cinematic Sinfonia and the Crouch End Festival Chorus, under the baton of the veteran Ludwig Wicki, and the program is expected to have music of films such as Braveheart, Titanic, Glory, Field of Dreams, Apollo 13, Avatar and Aliens among others.
The event will also feature exclusive on-screen commentary from James Cameron, Mel Gibson, Jon Landau, Ron Howard and Sir Richard Eyre.
