On May 17th, one of the greatest and most revolutionary film music composers left us. Vangelis Papathanassiou was responsible for great cult soundtracks such as those for Blade Runner (1982), 1492: The Conquest of Paradise (1992) or Chariots of Fire (1981) for which he received the Academy Award in Hollywood. In this panel we will hold a heartfelt tribute to the composer, including statements from professionals who worked with him.
