‘Space Spectacular’ concert – Royal Albert Hall

The Royal Albert Hall in London will be the venue for the special annual concert called “Space Spectacular“, which will take place on Friday 16 and Saturday 17 of June 2017, in a double session with the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra conducted by Anthony Inglis, to perform a thematic Space program with music from multiple composers, and that will have laser effects and fireworks.

 

The program will include, among others:

  • John Williams – Star Wars
  • John Williams – Superman
  • John Williams – E.T.
  • John Williams – Close Encounters of the Third Kind
  • Gustav Holst – Mars and Jupiter from The Planets
  • James Horner – Apollo 13
  • David Arnold – Independence Day
  • Various – Star Trek, Battlestar Galactica & Thunderbirds
