Tentative date for event ‘Fans of Film Music’ 2017
Peter Hackman, organizer of the ‘Fans of Film Music‘ event, held annually in September in Los Angeles (California – USA), and that this year will celebrate its 8th edition, has announced today a tentative date: Saturday, September 2nd, coinciding with the three concerts John Williams will be conducting at the Hollywood Bowl on September 1st, 2nd and 3rd (read news).
The event, which was already discussed in this news (follow link), will be held at The Bridge Recording Studio in Glendale (Los Angeles), and consists of a conference / meeting, where famous composers meet fans of film music, to exchange opinions related to the world of Soundtracks.
Guest composers for 2016 were John Debney, Matthew Margeson, Marcelo Zarvos, Vince DiCola, Randy Miller and Rob Simonsen.
