MOSMA HONORED – JOHN POWELL – Wednesday 4/7/2018 – 20:30h – 21:45h

• Orchestra: Orquesta Sinfónica Provincial de Málaga
• Conductor: Arturo Díez Boscovich, Pablo Urbina
• Choir: Coro Ziryab
• Information: Concert tribute to the heroes of history, with a program selected by the composer for MOSMA that includes his ‘Prussian Requiem’ in homage to the heroes of the First World War.

• Program: Symphony number 3 – Ralph Vaughan Williams and Prussian Requiem by John Powell.

 

MOSMA HONORED – THE BEST OF TARO IWASHIRO – Thursday 5/7/2018 – 19:30h – 20:45h

• Orchestra: Orquesta Cabildo Catedral de Córdoba
• Conductors: Taro Iwashiro, Clemente Mata
• Choir: Coro Ziryab
• Information: Concert centered on the music of Japanese composer Taro Iwashiro, a regular collaborator of director John Woo.

MOSMA SCREEN TV – TV MUSIC WITH JEFF RUSSO &  JEFF BEAL – Thursday 5/7/2018 – 22:00h – 23:30h

• Venue: Recinto Eduardo Ocón Sala Unicaja de Conciertos María Cristina
• Conductors: Jeff Russo, Jeff Beal
• Information: Free entrance concert where the composer and trumpeter Jeff Beal and the composer, drummer and guitarist Jeff Russo, will offer a summary of their works for TV.
• Tickets: Free entrance with an invitation to be collected at the Teatro Cervantes from Tuesday 3rd of July
• Program: ‘House of Cards’, ‘Fargo’, ‘Legion’, ‘Jesse Stone’ or ‘Monk’ among many others.
