Euskal Encounter #29 – Borislav Slavov – The Future of Adaptive Symphonic music in video games
Video game music composer Borislav Slavov will be a guest of the Euskal Encounter, probably the longest-running computer gathering in all Europe, which will celebrate its 29th edition, from 22 to 25 July 2021 at the BEC – Bilbao Exhibition Centre in Barakaldo, Spain.
On Saturday, July 24 @ 19:00h, Borislav Slavov will give a conference entitled ‘The Future of Adaptive Symphonic music in video games’, which will be broadcast online. There he will talk about this exciting new use of technology that is blended and is an integral part of new generation video games. He will be making a live demonstration on stage with Orchestral Music, which changes and adapts in real-time, according to the decisions, actions, and choices taken by the public on site.
Borislav Slavov is a multiple award-winning video game Composer and Music Director of “Divinity: Original Sin 2” & “Baldur’s Gate 3” at Larian Studios.
Previously he worked on CRYSIS 2, CRYSIS 3, Warface, and RYSE: SON OF ROME as Composer and Music Director at Crytek, and specializes in the production and implementation of Adaptive Video Game Music.
