National Geographic Documentary Films will present tonight an exclusive one-night screening of the highly anticipated feature documentary JANE at Los Angeles’ iconic Hollywood Bowl.

The film, directed by Brett Morgen, uses footage unearthed from National Geographic archives to tell the story of Jane Goodall, a young untrained woman whose chimpanzee research challenged the male-dominated scientific consensus of her time and revolutionized our understanding of the natural world.

The orchestral score composed by Philip Glass features a 54-piece orchestra performing live to picture, and the event will include special appearances by Brett Morgen, Philip Glass and Dr. Jane Goodall herself (who is 83 years old now).

When: Monday 9th of October 2017 at 8:00 p.m.

Where: Hollywood Bowl (Los Angeles, California)
