Danny Elfman – Fall Tour 2026
Danny Elfman — the iconic composer and former Oingo Boingo frontman whose music has defined the sound of fantasy and gothic cinema for more than four decades (from Batman to Edward Scissorhands, by way of The Nightmare Before Christmas and his enduring collaboration with Tim Burton) — returns to the road with his Fall Tour 2026.
The tour kicks off on Sept 7 at Chicago’s historic Aragon Ballroom and will sweep through some of the most iconic venues in the United States and Canada before wrapping up on 4 October at the Aftershock festival in Sacramento.
Elfman will be joined on stage by a genuinely star-studded band: Nili Brosh (Dethklok) on guitar, Robin Finck (Nine Inch Nails, Guns N’ Roses) also on guitar, Josh Freese (Nine Inch Nails, Foo Fighters) on drums, and Matt McJunkins (A Perfect Circle) on bass. The indoor shows will offer a rock-focused set, featuring tracks from his album Big Mess (2021), and from his Oingo Boingo years, while the outdoor and festival performances will additionally include a selection of his iconic film and television scores, backed by orchestra and choir.
