Goya Awards 37th edition – Winners
Yesterday, Saturday, February 11th, the gala of the 37th edition of the Goya Awards, often called the Spanish “Oscars”, was celebrated. Organized by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences of Spain, these awards reward the best professionals in each of the different specialties of the sector, both technical and creative.
As bestas by Rodrigo Sorogoyen won 9 Goya Awards, followed by Modelo 77 by Alberto Rodríguez with 5 and Cinco Lobitos by Alauda Ruiz de Azúa with 3 statuettes.
The Goya Award for Best Original Score went to Olivier Arson for his work in ‘As bestas’. Below are the nominees/winners in the music categories:

Antonio de la Torre and Clara Lago presented the gala, which paid tribute to filmmaker, writer, photographer, cartoonist, and stage director Carlos Saura, who died the day before the ceremony, after receiving the Honorary Goya at home. Actress Juliette Binoche received the International Goya Award 2023.
