  • Lecturers Mark Ulano (sound mixer, Oscar winner for sound on Titanic, Oscar nominee for Ad Astra, Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Inglourious Basterds) and Patrushkha Mierzwa (producer, film and television technician, known for her work on Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and Ad Astra) will convey their experiences working on film, and reveal important tips & tricks on cooperation between film composers and directors with the sound production team, emphasizing the value of small steps that can be taken in pre-production to save time and ultimately money.

  • Samobor welcomes numerous international and domestic authors, composers, film directors, producers and industry giants for an evening at the Crystal Pines award ceremony of the International Sound & Film Music Festival. The awards ceremony will be accompanied by musical performances and followed by a screening of the film Gravity, on the occasion of the film’s tenth anniversary. Special guests this evening will be Oscar winners Steven Price and Christopher Benstead, who won these prestigious awards precisely for their work on this film. By presenting a ticket for this event, you can join the after party (Old Nick’s Pub, Samobor). Save your ticket.
